Carasso Nadlan (hereinafter: "Carasso Nadlan") and Kidmat HaYovel Holdings Ltd., Company No. 515310688 (hereinafter: "Kidmat HaYovel", and together the "Companies") are the controllers of the database in which the personal information collected through the site is stored. They respect the privacy of users of the websites operated and marketed by them at the following addresses:
This privacy policy governs the manner in which the Companies use the information they collect from users of the site and in connection with them.
The information set out below is intended to help the user understand the Companies' privacy protection policy on the site. The privacy policy, as detailed below, will clarify the information the Companies collect about users of the site, the purposes for which the Companies collect the information, what use the Companies may make of the information, who are the third parties to whom information will be transferred, and how the Companies handle and store the information.
The information the user provides to the Companies depends on the user's consent and will and does not stem from any legal obligation. However, without receiving the information the Companies will not be able to provide the user with certain services. (Section 11(1) of the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981).
The information will be stored in a database for the purposes detailed in this privacy policy. Use of the site and/or of the services offered by the Companies on the site constitutes the user's consent to this privacy policy and to the information being stored and managed in the database as stated.
This privacy policy is written in the masculine form for convenience only, and what is written should be regarded as referring to the feminine form as well.
1. What is information?
In this policy, the term "information" means any information collected by the Companies or provided to them by the user or anyone on the user's behalf, in the course of the user's use of the site and the services it includes, by means of which the user can be identified, and which is protected under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (the "Law").
2. The sources through which the Companies collect information about the user
- 2.1.Information the user provides when contacting the Companies and when visiting the site;
- 2.2.Information received by the Companies in connection with the use of the site and the services;
- 2.3.When the user requests to join the Companies' mailing list;
- 2.4.When contacting the Companies' sites or the service on the various platforms and on social networks.
3. The information the Companies collect about the user
The Companies will collect the following information about users (in whole or in part):
- 3.1.Identification and contact details, including full name, contact details (telephone, mobile telephone, email), address, identity card number.
- 3.2.Information relating to the services the Companies provide to the user, including information about the products the user purchased from the Companies (to the extent relevant), the payments the user made to the Companies, and more.
- 3.3.Any additional information the user provides and/or that is received by the Companies in connection with the user and the use of the site.
4. The purposes for which the Companies collect the information
Information collected through the site may be used by the Companies together or by each of them separately, in accordance with the purposes detailed in this policy. This includes, and subject to the provisions of the law and the required consents, each of the Companies may also use the information in order to make contact regarding its own projects, products and additional services that are not shared with the other company. The Companies collect information about the user for the following purposes — all or some of them:
- 4.1.To contact the user;
- 4.2.For purposes of marketing, sale/rental of real estate, and any purpose consistent with the reasons for which the user provided us with the information;
- 4.3.For the proper operation, management and development of the site;
- 4.4.In order to enable the user to carry out actions through the site;
- 4.5.For the maintenance of the site and the monitoring of the user's activity on it;
- 4.6.For marketing needs, such as: improving the quality and tailoring the services and products offered to the user when they contact us;
- 4.7.For the preparation of statistical data and the transfer of processed, statistical or other information to third parties;
- 4.8.For analysis, research, development and the preparation of statistics;
- 4.9.For displaying and tailoring advertisements and content presented to users that may match their preferences on the Companies' sites, on advertising platforms and on other websites;
- 4.10.For sending advertising material, information about products and services, projects, benefits, promotions, discounts and information by electronic means; subject to obtaining consent to the extent required by law, and at any time you may withdraw your consent and cease receiving it.
- 4.11.For direct-mailing purposes as defined in the Law;
- 4.12.For defending against claims, demands and allegations against the Companies and anyone on their behalf, as well as against third parties;
- 4.13.For enforcing the provisions of the terms of use and this privacy policy;
- 4.14.For complying with the provisions of any law.
5. Transfer of the information
The Companies will not transfer or disclose information to third parties except as detailed in the privacy protection policy.
- 5.1.The transfer of information to third parties will include relevant information only that does not exceed the purposes for which the information is transferred, and will be carried out in a proportionate manner for a defined, explicit and legitimate purpose.
- 5.2.The Companies may transfer the information or any part of it to third parties in one or more of the following cases:
- 5.3.Third parties that provide the Companies with various services, including, among others, support services for a personal-area system, support services for security systems and information technology (IT) systems, information storage services, the customer management system, website-building services, survey and research services, companies that provide advertising and marketing services, lawyers and other external professional advisors, as well as additional third parties that provide the Companies with services in connection with their activity.
- 5.4.If the Companies receive an instruction, including a judicial order, requiring them to disclose the user's details or information about the user in accordance with the provisions of any law.
- 5.5.In any dispute, claim, demand, lawsuit or any legal proceedings between the user or anyone on the user's behalf and the Companies or anyone on their behalf.
- 5.6.In the event of a transfer and/or sale and/or assignment and/or acquisition of the Companies and/or their assets and/or any part of them, for consideration or without consideration, including, among others, in cases in which ownership of the site and/or its contents, in whole or in part, is transferred to third parties, including but not limited to a merger of the Companies and/or their activity with third parties, and including, without derogating from the generality of the foregoing, in cases of a change of control, full or partial, in the Companies, as well as in cases of examining the feasibility of the aforementioned cases.
- 5.7.If an allegation is raised or the Companies develop a suspicion that a user has committed an act and/or omission and/or committed such an act or omission that may harm the Companies, anyone on their behalf, or any third parties, including other users.
- 5.8.If an allegation is raised or the Companies develop a suspicion that a user is using the site in order to carry out an unlawful act and/or in order to enable, facilitate, assist and/or encourage the carrying out of such an act.
- 5.9.In any case where the Companies believe that disclosure of the information is required in order to prevent harm to the Companies, to the user or to any third party.
- 5.10.In addition to the foregoing, the Companies may transfer the information to third parties, as stated above, also outside the State of Israel, including to third parties located in countries whose level of data protection does not conform to the provisions of Israeli law and which may provide protection lower than that provided under the privacy protection laws in Israel.
6. Information security
The Companies take technical and physical measures regarding privacy and information security in accordance with accepted standards. As is known, the storage and transfer of information by electronic means, including over the internet, can never be entirely secure, and whenever the user provides information to the Companies, in particular over the internet, the user does so with full consent and subject to the risks involved in transferring information in this manner. The Companies do not undertake that the site will be absolutely immune from unauthorized access to the information stored in it. In any event, if the user has reason to believe that the transfer of information to the Companies is no longer secure, please notify us through the contact means set out in Section 16 of the privacy policy.
7. Limitation of liability
The Companies and anyone on their behalf shall not bear any liability, and are exempt from all responsibility, in connection with any damage, loss or expense, of any kind whatsoever, whether direct or indirect and/or consequential and/or resultant, that were caused and/or will be caused to users and/or to a third party, in anything connected and relating to the collection of the information, its use, its transfer to third parties, its storage, its security and more.
8. Retention period of the information
The Companies will retain the information about the user for the period of time necessary to ensure the purposes detailed in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted under the law.
9. Information about other people
If the user provides personal information to the Companies in connection with other people, including family members and additional third parties, the user must do so only after: (a) the user has notified the third parties about the content of this policy; and — (b) the user has obtained the required consent for the collection, use, disclosure and transfer of personal information about the third party in accordance with this policy and in accordance with the provisions of the law, to the extent required.
10. Cookies
The Companies use cookies and other technologies such as pixels and more (hereinafter together: the "Cookies"), by means of which the Companies collect non-identifying information in connection with users on the various sites. Without derogating from the foregoing, if a user chooses to provide identifying information on the site, this information will be linked to the non-identifying information collected on the site.
Cookies are small text files that enable the collection of information through users' computers or through the internet browser, and, among others, the following types of information: the pages the user visited on the site, actions the user performed on the site, the length of time the user spent on the site, information the user viewed on the site, approximate geographic location, the user's age range, the type of device from which they accessed the site, the user's areas of interest, the user's IP address (i.e., the address of the user's computer on the internet), the number of visits to the site, the number of clicks, screen resolution, the type of operating system and its version, the type of internet browser, its version and language preference, domain names and more.
The Companies will use the information collected through the Cookies for one or more of the following purposes: for their ongoing and proper operation, including in order to manage and operate the site; in order to facilitate the use of the site; in order to collect statistical data about the use of the site; for verification of details; in order to display to the user content and advertisements on the site as well as outside the site (for example across the internet, on Facebook, Google and more) that may be of interest to them and/or match their preferences; in order to analyze, research and carry out controls in connection with the site; in order to monitor patterns of activity on the site; in order to prepare statistics, including calculating the number of users on the site; in order to analyze, research and carry out controls in connection with the site; in order to identify the sources of arrival to its various sites; in order to display to visitors content and advertisements on the site as well as outside the site (for example across the internet, on Facebook, Google, Taboola, Outbrain and more) that may be of interest to them and/or match their preferences.
The Companies use cookies of advertising systems such as Google and Facebook that monitor users' use of the site. The use of information collected through the cookies of Google and Facebook is subject to the terms of use and privacy policy of those companies as stated, and one may learn about the information collected through the cookies, the use of the information by those companies as stated, how to disable the cookies and more, by reviewing the links below:

Without derogating from the foregoing and from the provisions detailed in the privacy policy, the Companies will be entitled to transfer non-identifying information to third-party advertising systems such as Taboola, Outbrain, Google and Facebook in order to display to the user content and advertisements that may be of interest to them and/or match their preferences.
The Companies use third-party analysis, statistical analysis and research services such as Google Analytics. The use of Google Analytics services is subject to the terms of use and privacy policy of Google Analytics. One may learn about the information collected within the framework of these services, the uses of the information, how to disable the cookies and more in the Google Analytics privacy policy at the link: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
A user who does not wish for the Cookies to be collected on their computer can avoid this by changing the settings in the browser on their computer. To do so, the user should consult the browser's help file. Disabling the Cookies may cause some of the services on the site to be unavailable or their quality to be impaired. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Cookies that are vital and essential for the operation and management of the site cannot be disabled.
The terms and provisions detailed in this policy, as well as any change or amendment to them, will be governed by the laws of the State of Israel without reference to its choice-of-law provisions.
Jurisdiction in connection with any dispute and/or claim that arises in connection with this policy is granted exclusively to the courts in Tel Aviv – Jaffa.
The Companies may, at their sole discretion, change this policy from time to time and this without the need to give notice or warning thereof. The current Cookies policy published on the site will bind the user. The user's continued use of the site after an update to the Cookies policy will constitute the user's consent to the updated policy, including the changes.
11. Links and hyperlinks
The site may offer links, hyperlinks or banners to other sites, which the Companies do not supervise or examine, nor their reliability, their legality and everything related to their security and their privacy protection policy.
The Companies will not be responsible for the use that users make of the links appearing on the site, on pages that are not located on the site or on other sites, or for information provided in them, and the users undertake to obey and comply with the instructions and terms of those sites or web pages and to contact directly the providers of these sites or these pages regarding all matters that arise in connection with entry, review, use and more. Accordingly, the Companies shall not bear any responsibility, of any kind, in connection with the other sites, including anything related to the collection, use, transfer of information on the other sites, the content published on the pages of the other sites and more. We recommend reading carefully the privacy policy of each link or website before disclosing or providing any information.
12. Right to review and correct the information
The right to review and correct the personal information is in accordance with the provisions of the Law. If the user wishes to review or correct the information, this can be done by contacting the Companies in accordance with the contact details appearing in Section 16 of this privacy policy below.
13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The terms and provisions detailed in this privacy protection policy, as well as any change or amendment to it, as well as the use of the site, will be governed by the laws of the State of Israel without reference to its choice-of-law provisions.
Jurisdiction in connection with any dispute and/or claim that arises in connection with the use of the site and this privacy policy or anything related to it is granted exclusively to the courts in Tel Aviv – Jaffa.
14. Changes and updates
The Companies may, at their sole discretion, change the privacy policy from time to time and this without the need to give notice or warning thereof. The current privacy policy published on the site will bind the user. The user's continued use of the site after an update to the privacy policy will constitute the user's consent to the updated privacy policy, including the changes.
15. Miscellaneous
- 15.1.The user may not assign their rights and/or obligations under this privacy policy to another. The Companies will be permitted to transfer their rights and/or obligations to another.
- 15.2.Nothing in this privacy policy shall derogate from any right conferred on the Companies and/or anyone on their behalf under any law.
